About the Role:
Ascend Logics Pvt is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generator - Bark Specialist to support our design and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in lead generation and communication, with hands-on expertise in using platforms such as Bark, LinkedIn, and social media. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and driving new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Bark, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to generate and qualify leads.
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate meetings or calls for the sales/design team.
- Present the company's services compellingly and professionally to help convert leads.
- Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Hands-on experience with the Bark platform
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social media tools for lead generation
- Comfortable with outbound calling, emailing, and virtual meetings
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead tracking
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently during night shifts
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in design or digital marketing services
- Proven track record of successfully generating and converting leads
- Educational background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory)
