Role description
Job Title: Lead I - Software Engineering (.NET Full Stack)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Locations: Chennai, Mumbai, Gurgaon
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Must-Have Skills:
Strong expertise in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC
Frontend development using Angular (1.x preferred), HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Proficiency with jQuery, Bootstrap
Advanced SQL skills with MySQL and SQL Server; strong SQL query troubleshooting
Experience in Windows Services and PowerShell Scripting
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/Hudson
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of Azure DevOps or equivalent deployment pipelines
Experience in SCRUM and Agile environments
Understanding of Web MVC architecture and system-level design
Familiarity with customer support in enterprise environments
Key Development Responsibilities:
Work within a SCRUM team to design, build, and deploy software features
Translate complex product requirements into scalable solutions
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Mentor junior developers and promote technical growth within the team
Participate in architecture and design discussions
Contribute to project planning and cross-functional coordination
Key Support Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and service requests
Document problem resolution and maintain issue logs
Provide excellent internal and external customer support
Coordinate effectively with QA, support, and infrastructure teams
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and reasoning capabilities
Excellent communication and collaboration
Customer-centric and able to work in high-pressure environments
Strong time management and ability to multi-task effectively
