- Operating and Maintaining LGS Roll Forming Machines: This includes setting up, operating, and monitoring the machines based on production schedules and job specifications.
- Quality Control: Monitoring the machine during operation to ensure high-quality output, inspecting finished products, and adjusting machine settings as needed.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance, identifying and reporting mechanical issues, and troubleshooting minor problems.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
- Production Tracking: Recording production data, completing job reports, and supporting production teams in meeting targets.
- Basic Maintenance: Performing daily, weekly, and monthly checks and maintenance on the equipment.
- Interpreting Drawings: Interpreting and working from production files and cutting lists.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Identifying and reporting mechanical issues or defects.
