- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while handling cash transactions when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone or through chat.
- Experience in client services or sales is advantageous.
- Cash handling experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
