We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. This position requires a dedicated individual with strong managerial experience, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee daily accounting operations.
- Manage and support the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Monitor internal controls and ensure best practices are followed.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
Requirements:
- ACCA qualified is a must.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of Supervisory experience in accounts or finance department.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
