This role is primarily responsible for overseeing and supervising overall regional accounts activities, which include funds flow management, payables process, payroll disbursement, receivables function, and financial reporting, as well as financial transactions and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Look after the overall functions of the Accounts department of the South Region & Online Sales
- Billing of projects/corporate customers
- Corporate Receivables and follow-up with the Sales team/Customers
- Budget finalization of expenses of the Sales & Marketing division
- Funds flow management
- DS&M personal expenses
- Assist DHOS & DS&M related to Financial/Sales matters
- Verification of cases related to Sales/Capex of other regions before presenting to DS&M
- Systematic Approvals from DS&M SAP ID
- Bank Alliances/Loyalty Program
- Overall, payment processing and aligning its documentation
- Managing the South Region Payroll & Clearance of salaries and final settlements
- Overseeing & supervising overall payable activities, vendors, contractors & employees' adjustments at the South Region
Requirements
- Qualified ACCA, CA (Finalist), or CMA with a strong background in accounting and financial management.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Strong understanding of project billing, corporate receivables, payroll, and expense budgeting.
- Experience in handling regional accounts, vendor management, and inter-regional financial coordination.
- Familiarity with banking transactions, loyalty programs, and corporate financial governance.
- Strong coordination capabilities with the Leadership & Sales team
- Ability to lead and supervise regional teams efficiently.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
