- Develop and implement the organization’s innovation roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead ideation sessions, hackathons, and workshops to generate new ideas
- Monitor industry trends, disruptive technologies, and competitive landscapes
- Oversee end-to-end innovation projects from concept, pilot/testing to scaling
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders and communicate innovation progress to senior leadership
- Foster a culture of experimentation, risk-taking, and continuous improvement
- Design and optimize innovation frameworks (e.g., design thinking, lean startup, agile methodologies)
- Establish metrics/KPIs to measure innovation impact (e.g., ROI, time-to-market)
