Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Boston Health AI and external communications agency, ensuring brand alignment across platforms.
- Draft and edit press releases, blog posts, media statements, leadership bios, and campaign copy.
- Develop content across formats: social media posts, short-form videos, infographics, presentations, and internal comms materials.
- Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, from planning and scheduling to publishing and performance tracking.
- Design or oversee the design of brand-aligned graphics and marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
- Support video content creation, including scripting, supervising edits, and aligning final outputs with campaign goals.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and public events, including activations, demos, media briefings, and conferences.
- Monitor timelines, track feedback loops, and manage deliverables across various campaign workstreams.
- Conduct market research and stay informed on healthcare, AI, and tech communication trends to feed into content strategy.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, briefs, talking points, reports, and executive decks.
- Help maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Must-Haves (for PR / Comms Roles)
- Direct experience with public relations and media engagement, including media outreach, story pitching, and stakeholder communication.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills—capable of crafting high-impact content across formats and audiences.
- A strategic communicator who can shape messaging and narratives aligned with brand goals.
- Strong project management capabilities—able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Design, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in PR, marketing communications, content production, or agency roles.
- Strong command of English and Urdu, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in marketing and collaboration tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, Trello, or Asana.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
