Position Overview
We are seeking a Mid-level Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Marketing Cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize email templates, automation workflows, and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data segmentation and personalization
- Implement AMPScript for dynamic content and personalization
- Maintain data integrations and ensure data integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues
- Stay updated on Marketing Cloud features and best practices
- Test email templates, journeys, automations, and scripts thoroughly to ensure functionality and deliverability
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for development processes.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in AMPScript and SQL
- Strong understanding of email marketing and automation concepts
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical team members
- Knowledge of Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Understanding of data modeling
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
- Familiarity with APIs and data integrations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
