As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to help drive our brand presence and lead-generation efforts across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Plan, create, and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, tracking performance through analytics tools.
Website Management
- Oversee website content updates, ensure product listings, offers, and company news are up to date.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Content Creation & Brand Communication
- Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website blogs.
- Coordinate with the creative team for graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Craft compelling ad copy, product descriptions, and marketing collateral.
Market Research & Campaign Strategy
- Research target markets and competitors to identify opportunities.
- Assist in creating integrated marketing strategies for new markets and vehicle launches.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvements.
Collaboration & Events
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Support corporate events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the Milele Corp brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in automotive, export, or B2B industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and CMS tools.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and paid ad campaigns.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
