Job Description:
We are looking for an expert Media Buyer with extensive experience across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly strategic, and performance-driven.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROAS, and scale winning strategies.
Work closely with the creative team to test and implement ads.
Analyze and report KPIs with actionable insights.
Lead and mentor a team of media buyers and digital marketers.
Use tools like Go High Level, Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and ERP systems for campaign tracking, automation, and lead management.
Strategize full-funnel paid campaigns from awareness to conversion.
Manage budgets exceeding 6 to 7 figures monthly.
Requirements:
Proven 5+ years of media buying experience.
Mastery of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube campaigns.
Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Strong analytics, budget handling, and creative testing skills.
Strong command of performance marketing metrics, sales funnels, and conversion tracking.
Advanced knowledge of Go High Level, CRM tools, and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments and multi-brand campaigns simultaneously.
