Clustox is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Mobile Developer with expertise in Flutter and native mobile app development to join our growing team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).

Build and support native Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) applications where project requirements demand.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver smooth, performant, and scalable mobile solutions.

Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and services such as Firebase, RESTful APIs, and local databases.

Apply architectural patterns and best practices (e.g., MVVM, BLoC) to write clean, maintainable code.

Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and low resource consumption.

Ensure proper deployment and submission of apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions to drive project quality and collaboration.

Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and continuously improve application stability and user experience.

Maintain documentation for code, processes, and project workflows.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

2-3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.

Solid experience with native Android

Strong understanding of REST APIs, local data storage, state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).

Familiarity with deployment processes for Android and iOS.

Experience with tools like Git, Firebase, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Good understanding of mobile app performance optimization and debugging tools.

Strong problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and a proactive attitude.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
