AIMVIZ is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Finance & Taxation. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are passionate about developing their career in finance and taxation within a professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily finance and taxation operations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support in the preparation and filing of tax returns, compliance documentation, and financial reports.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation in alignment with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to monthly financial closings, reconciliations, and internal audit processes.
- Conduct financial and tax-related research as required.
- Participate in any additional projects or tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of finance and taxation principles.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Education & Experience:
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (up to 6 months of experience acceptable)
