Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing training, workshops, and employee
engagement activities
- Provide support in payroll preparation and attendance
tracking
- Handle internal employee queries related to HR
operations
- Support the HR team with any ad-hoc tasks or projects
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final year student (Bachelor’s or
Master’s) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a
related field
- Strong interest in HR and organizational processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time
management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle
sensitive information
