VIION Technology (a Viper Group Company) is looking for a passionate and motivated Node.js Intern to join our backend development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience building real-world applications using Node.js and related technologies. You’ll be working under the guidance of experienced developers and contribute to live projects.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and Express.js
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols
• Familiarity with MongoDB, MySQL, or any other database is a plus
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a backend developer
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in an agile development environment
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills for client interaction

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of server-side logic using Node.js
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
• Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions
• Perform testing and debugging of applications
• Learn and apply best practices in software development
• Review, analyze requirements and develop estimates / task lists based on those requirements
