Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team at our rehabilitation center. The OT will assess patients with physical, developmental, emotional, or cognitive impairments and develop customized therapeutic interventions to help them achieve greater independence in daily living and functional activities.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical, psychological, and environmental needs.
key Responsiblities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and modify their environment to support functional independence.
- Work closely with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other team members to coordinate care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Document all evaluations, treatments, and patient progress according to center and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and family members on home programs and long-term management strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and in-service training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards of care.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Doctraite of occupational therapy degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid :
- Pakistan Occupational Therapy association license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
