Office Associate | Executive Assistant (Office Management + Business Development Support)
Location: Model Town Lahore
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Working Hours: 9 Am To 6 Pm Monday To Friday.
Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in office operations and client coordination. This role combines traditional executive support with business development responsibilities. You will work closely with the CEO to manage internal workflows while also helping generate new business opportunities through online platforms and client outreach.
Key Responsibilities: Office & Executive Support
- Act as the right hand to the CEO for daily operations
- Manage online communication with clients (email, WhatsApp, chat)
- Track team performance, update progress, and report key issues
- Handle payroll, attendance, basic HR records, and vendor coordination
- Organize and maintain schedules, follow-ups, and task lists
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Business Development Support
- Assist in generating new business
- Identify potential clients and send introductory messages/emails
- Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the CEO with interested leads
- Keep records of outreach, responses, and feedback
- Research and suggest new methods to grow client base
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, online research, and client communication
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
