Role Description
The Operational Assistant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The Operational Assistant will also be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate business objectives into actionable recommendations and project plans.
- Conduct research to identify, analyze, and solve problems systematically.
- Examine and evaluate systems to document workflows and identify system requirements.
- Liaise with users [internal and external] to track additional requirements and features.
- Ability to understand, analyze and effectively solve business problems.
- Draft, validate, and prioritize problem statements in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Documents technical information, project information and develops training material.
- Develops a roadmap for meeting the short-term and long-term objectives.
- Assess business process and system inefficiencies and recommend process improvements (where required).
