Your primary responsibility would be to build world-class suite products to support the hyper-growth of our businesses in 10 countries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and confirm incoming customer orders on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with sellers to ensure timely order acceptance, packaging, and dispatch readiness.
- Liaise with logistics partners for daily pickups and parcel tracking.
- Follow up with sellers proactively in case of delays or missing order updates.
- Identify and escalate operational bottlenecks to ensure SLA compliance.
- Monitor and update internal dashboards/systems with real-time order statuses.
- Handle order-related queries from sellers and customers.
- Support operational improvements to streamline fulfilment processes.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on order status, delays, or unfulfilled orders.
Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations or order fulfilment.
- Strong hands-on experience in seller coordination, logistics follow-ups, and end-to-end order management.
- Proficient in using order management tools or internal dashboards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
