We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced YouTube video editor to join our team and help bring our automation-style content to life.
The videos will be 8 to 20 minutes long, covering topics around AI, money-making strategies, and digital tools—similar in style and pacing to the following channels:
- Digital Income Project
- 10x Income
- HowToAI Tutorials
- AI Guy
We need someone who:
- Has proven experience editing YouTube automation videos
- Understands YouTube’s algorithm, retention strategies, and pacing
- Is confident with sound design, SFX, and music placement to enhance flow and engagement
- Can take a script and voiceover and turn it into a visually compelling and dynamic video
- Knows how to source relevant visuals, animations, and B-roll without relying on generic stock
- Is familiar with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or other editing tools
- Can work fast, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively
Bonus if you:
- Have edited content in the AI, tech, or finance niches
- Know how to use on-screen graphics and motion elements to increase watch time
- Understand rehook strategies and YouTube retention analytics
This is a long-term role with consistent weekly projects. We're looking to build a strong team to help scale our faceless channel to the next level.
