Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Partner Onboarding Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential partners, onboarding them to our platform, and ensuring a smooth transition into our sales ecosystem. Your ability to build strong relationships and drive results will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential partners and resellers.
- Present the company’s products/services effectively to potential partners.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new partners.
- Ensure timely documentation, agreements, and compliance checks.
- Train partners on company offerings, tools, and sales processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Track onboarding progress and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, partner onboarding, or business development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
