Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level support and ensure the smooth operation of the CEO’s daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring administrative and personal tasks are managed efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Administrative Support
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Assist in organizing and managing the CEO’s personal and professional commitments.
- Research and compile information for projects, reports, and decision-making processes.
Travel and Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Organize company events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
Personal Assistance
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO as required.
- Coordinate household management tasks, if applicable.
- Support with personal scheduling and reminders for important dates and events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the CEO’s needs.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Certification in Executive Assistance or Office Administration is a plus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
