Role Overview: We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced, and passionate Product Manager to be a key contributor in enhancing our product portfolio. This role focuses on developing and executing product ideas with a keen emphasis on user experience and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Roadmap Management: Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning it with overall company objectives.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct research to stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings.
- Product Documentation: Create user stories, use cases, and BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) to clearly outline new product features.
- Client Engagement: Regularly interact with key clients to gather feedback and understand customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Design, Software Engineering, and other stakeholders to drive the product vision and ensure cohesive integration.
- Feature Recommendation & Planning: Identify and recommend new features based on resources, timelines, and strategic priorities.
- Quality Review: Attend review sessions with Software Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure functionality aligns with expectations.
- Internal Communication: Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Executive teams to manage expectations and keep stakeholders informed of roadmap progress.
- Training & Education: Present new features and products to internal and client teams to ensure clear understanding and effective adoption.
- Project Management Oversight: Oversee project timelines, track milestones, and ensure cross-functional alignment to support smooth product delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Product Management Experience: 2+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with a preference for those with a business analyst background.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence teams across diverse functions to achieve shared objectives.
- Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of web applications, APIs, and UI/UX principles; ability to discuss technical concepts and opportunity costs with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with continuous innovation.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Proven ability to define customer workflows and processes within software applications.
- Strategic & Tactical Thinking: Ability to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day execution.
- Proactive Mindset: Willingness to tackle challenges, immerse in the product, and stay attuned to competitive landscapes.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience managing multiple competing priorities and aligning stakeholder expectations across departments.
- Remote Collaboration: Ability to work with distributed teams across time zones using online tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and available to work and virtually meet during business hours from 6 AM PT to 5 PM PT.

- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing processes and operations for enterprise businesses.
- Advanced Degree: An MBA or related credentials.
