You will be an integral member of the Customer Experience PMO team which rolls up under the Revenue Operations and Transformation group.
Our group is renowned for driving innovation, enhancing efficiency, and elevating the user experience across MI, with deliverables highly sought after by senior leaders in the Customer Experience and Revenue organization.
To build on this success, we are expanding the team and seeking a product manager to lead the charge in transforming critical business processes through innovative automation strategies.
What’s in it for you: As the Product Manager for Automation Solutions, you will lead the charge in transforming critical business processes through innovative automation strategies. Your primary focus will be on identifying and implementing automation solutions that streamline tasks, enhance operational efficiency, and leverage AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Process Automation Development: Identify opportunities for automation of critical tasks and work with development teams to design, build, and implement effective automation solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Account Management, Finance, Technology and Revenue Operations to gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements for automation initiatives.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of automation products, from ideation and requirements gathering to development. Partner with the Enterprise Technology team on deployment, launch and successful go to market and ongoing maintenance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- User Experience Focus: Ensure that automation solutions are user-friendly, intuitive, and tailored to the needs of various stakeholders, promoting widespread adoption and satisfaction. Partner closely with Enablement to define go to market plan and drive adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of automation solutions and gather user feedback to drive ongoing enhancements and optimizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions and provide ongoing support and training to users.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and AI, integrating innovative approaches into product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in product management, with at least 2 years specifically focused on operations and automation solutions / or AI technologies
- Proven experience in managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to development and launch
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools; ideally experience in an operations role.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Technical proficiency to communicate effectively with development teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a co-located, collaborative environment, building strong relationships at all organizational levels, and effectively working with diverse styles, skills, and cultures
