The Position:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to aid execution in our technology team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful development and support for our portfolio of products supported by our agile development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and technology within a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of product changes, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Agile Leadership: Support agile development teams in sprint activities and product backlog refinement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, technology operations, and customer experience, to ensure strong execution, delivery, and change management.
• Priority Management: Set and communicate priorities clearly in product backlogs to the agile team and stakeholders, adjusting as necessary based on changing business needs.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with execution and operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role within agile SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
• Strong collaboration and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and execute tactically.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
