What You’ll Do
● Act as a bridge between clients and developers, ensuring clear communication.
● Collect client requirements via chat or call, and organize them into actionable briefs.
● Share tasks with developers, follow up on progress, and ensure timely delivery.
● Manage multiple Shopify-based projects using Google Sheets and shared docs.
● Provide regular updates to clients and relay their feedback efficiently.
● Ensure client satisfaction with strong, consistent project oversight.
Responsibilities
● Track project timelines and task completions
● Maintain smooth communication across teams
● Format client needs into clear, structured formats
● Pre-empt issues and problem-solve before they escalate
● Keep projects organized and updated in internal tools
Requirements
● Basic understanding of Shopify stores and workflows (you don’t need to code)
● Familiarity with Figma/design tools and CRO fundamentals
● Awareness of ads and performance marketing principles
● Strong command of written and spoken English
● Ability to handle multiple priorities and switch between tasks quickly
● Fast learner with solid formatting and documentation skills
● Highly proactive, reliable, and responsive
