Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking multiple projects across software and marketing teams.
Coordinate tasks between developers, designers, content creators, and marketers.
Monitor project timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
Use project management tools to maintain task status and workflows.
Support team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Communicate updates to internal teams and escalate risks or delays as needed.
Help maintain project documentation and ensure consistent quality checks.
Collaborate with client-facing teams to prepare reports, summaries, and deliverables.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination or supervision, preferably in a tech or agency setting.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with project management platforms and basic Agile or marketing workflows.
Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Basic understanding of software development or digital marketing is a plus.
