Job Purpose
The purpose of the project trainee role is to support and organize tasks assigned by the Medical Manager and collaborate with other functions within the industry of GSK to drive performance.
Education, Experience & Skills
Pharm D
0-1 Year of industry experience
Proficient in use of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Aware of medical terminologies and pharmaceutical molecules with the mode of action
Key Responsibilities
Support in operational tasks relevant to the therapy area with an eye to detail.
Get access to GSK tools like VEM FIORI ARIBA Content Lab
Learn to know GSK operational tasks like vendor opening, raising POs etc.
Work closely with Medical Manager for day-to-day operational tasks
Pipeline projects support for the therapy area
E2E working and tracker maintenance of projects with timelines
Gain in depth knowledge of relevant SOPs and be able to translate the summary to the team.
Maintain trackers of the projects for the timely execution of medical affairs activities
Gain understanding of step-by-step process of EE engagement within governance and compliance framework
CAPA Plan Handling: Ensure all External engagement requirements are timely completed and communicated to relevant stake holders.
Strong liaison with matrix team like OC legal marketing procurement governance compliance finance.
Proactive and agile learner with a can do it attitude
Support in compilation of external engagements data to be always audit ready
Completing all tasks within timelines
Understanding of the digital tools used within GSK for external engagement
