Job Title: Prospecting & Outreach Coordinator (Financial Services)
Location: Fully Remote
Reports To: Business Development Manager
Essential Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ proven experience in lead generation/outreach
- Not open to students or recent graduates
Core Responsibilities
- Prospect Identification
- Research and identify prospects using Google, LinkedIn, and industry tools based on provided criteria.
- Target sectors include (but are not limited to):
› Domiciliary/Care Agencies
› Healthcare Recruitment Agencies
› Pharmacies
› Other categories as directed
- Multi-Channel Outreach
- Source/deduce director emails (non-bounce = valid)
- Connect with directors via LinkedIn
- Execute physical mail campaigns using Stannp
- Lead Qualification
- Conduct follow-up calls to gauge interest
Business Support Duties
(As required)
- General administration (CRM updates, scheduling, reporting)
- Marketing support (campaign assistance, material distribution)
Key Skills
- Essential:
› Advanced prospecting (Google/LinkedIn/industry databases)
› Email/LinkedIn outreach expertise
› Proficiency with Stannp
› Professional English fluency
- Preferred:
› CRM experience
› Basic marketing knowledge
