(QS) QUANTITY SURVEYOR IN ISLAMABAD
Required Islamabad based QS, Experience: 5–10 years (Public Sector Building Projects)
Finalization and reconciliation of work done with consultant and department, Preparation and verification of final accounts and payment claims, Review and verification of variations (VOs) with Consultant & Govt Department, Coordinate rectification works and ensure document compliance, Collaborate with Resident Engineer (RE) of Consultant and relevant Govt authorities, Ensure all tasks are completed as per contractual, technical, and regulatory standards, Experience in final billing, variation orders, and compliance documentation, Ability to independently coordinate with Consultants and Government Departments.
Duration of Job: 3 Months (Project-Based).
