ABS International is seeking a dedicated and organized Evening Office Administrator & Receptionist to join our team in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Front Office Management: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle general inquiries efficiently.
- Administrative Coordination: Provide essential administrative support, including scheduling and facilitating communications.
- Document & Data Handling: Maintain accurate office records and assist with data entry.
- Workspace Excellence: Ensure the reception and common areas are tidy and professional.
- Operational Support: Contribute to general office activities and support team members.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate qualification required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven professional experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication in both English and Urdu (verbal and written).
- Tech Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Professional Demeanor: Presentable, punctual, courteous, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Availability: Reliable availability for the evening shift (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Mon-Sat).
