Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Draft and post job ads on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal portals).
- Source candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals).
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and administer assessments when applicable.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
