Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruitment Officer with a strong background in managing the full recruitment cycle and proven experience working with clients in a recruitment agency or consulting environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across various functions, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Develop job descriptions, post job ads, and actively source candidates through various platforms and databases.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports and updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the telecommunications sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment role, including work with consulting or recruitment agencies.
- Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience in telecommunications industry recruitment is a plus.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
