About Us: DiscoverMyBusiness is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency helping clients grow through targeted advertising, lead generation, and conversion-focused strategies. As we continue to expand, we're hiring a proactive and reliable Remote Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant to qualify leads and support our sales process with confidence and precision.
The Role: This is not a sales closer role. We are specifically looking for a sharp, organized professional who can manage initial conversations, qualify outbound leads using set criteria, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
You'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to cold leads
- Using a structured script and specific qualification criteria
- Asking discovery questions to assess lead fit
- Logging call details, outcomes, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Scheduling qualified leads for follow-up sales calls
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all conversations
- Being available and responsive during U.S. Eastern Time: 9 AM – 5 PM ET
What we are looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in appointment setting or a virtual assistant role
- Fluent, confident spoken and written English (not robotic or overly scripted)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and cloud-based tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote) Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – PKR 70,000/month (Based on experience and performance) Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time (EST), Monday to Friday
