Job Description:
- Develop new cosmetic formulations (facewash, serums, creams, )
- Improve existing formulations for better performance and stability
- Customize formulations based on skin type, client brief, and market trends
- Deep understanding of modern cosmetic ingredients and raw materials
- Strong knowledge of active ingredients (Niacinamide, Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, AHA/BHA, Peptides, etc.)
- Ability to work with different formulation systems (emulsions, gels, suspensions, surfactant systems)
- Skilled in ingredient compatibility, product aesthetics, and skin feel
- Updated with global skincare trends and formulation innovations
- Understanding of clean beauty, sulfate/paraben-free, and vegan formulations
- Familiarity with cosmetic regulations and formulation documentation
- Good understanding of laboratory processes, equipment, and formulation testing procedures
Qualification:BSc Chemical/ MSc Chemist
Experience: 3-5 Years in relevant fields like cosmetics manufacturing industry
Location: Near Gajumata Mian Kacha Kahna Road Zain Industrial Estate, Lahore (Apply only Lahore based applicant)
Duty Timings: 09 to 05:30 (Monday to Saturday)
