Overview: As the RevOps Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of our revenue-generating teams. You’ll drive alignment, efficiency, and scalability across the entire customer journey by leveraging your deep experience with tools such as HubSpot, Kixie, Zapier, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Power BI. This role is pivotal in helping us reach and retain learners, partners, and institutions at scale.
Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
· Optimize the Lead-to-Learner Journey: Manage and continuously improve the integration between marketing, sales, and learner success operations
· CRM Ownership: Oversee data hygiene, workflow automation, and segmentation within HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to enable effective targeting and personalization
· Tech Stack Management: Maintain and optimize tool integrations including Kixie, Zapier, and other platforms to improve team productivity and data visibility
· Analytics & Reporting: Use Power BI and other analytics tools to deliver regular insights and dashboards on lead generation, conversion, learner engagement, and revenue performance
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Admissions, and Training Ops teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational support
· Process Improvement: Identify gaps in processes, recommend solutions, and implement automation to support scalable growth
· Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training and support materials to help team members fully utilize operational tools and best practices
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
· 8+ years of RevOps or SalesOps experience, preferably in a B2C or B2B EdTech environment or IT industry
· Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Kixie, Zapier, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Power BI
· Strong understanding of sales and learner acquisition funnels in an EdTech setting
· Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights
· Outstanding English communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Experience in a high-growth, mission-driven EdTech company
· Familiarity with enrollment/admissions pipelines and education compliance workflows
· Knowledge of lead scoring, student lifecycle marketing, or cohort-based analysis
