Responsibilities:
1. Community Building:
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
- Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and fostering connections.
- Facilitate introductions and networking opportunities among members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
2. Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute engaging community events, workshops, and social gatherings in alignment with core brand strategy.
- Promote events and maximize member participation.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, coordination, and follow-up.
3*. Daily Centre Operations Oversight*:
- Oversee the day to day running of the center.
- Ensure the space is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with onboarding new members and providing tours of the space.
- Troubleshoot basic office equipment problems.
- Manage the access and security of the center.
4. Communication & Social Media:
- Manage community communication channels, including newsletters and online forums.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Promote The Hive's brand and values.
- Maintain up to date community boards, both digital and physical
5. Member Support:
- Provide administrative support to members as needed.
- Connect members with relevant resources and opportunities.
- Gather member feedback and identify areas for improvement
