Sales & Business Development Executive – Karachi

Cervello Tech is expanding, and we're looking for enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Executives to join our teams in Karachi. You'll be instrumental in driving our sales and marketing efforts for our cutting-edge product portfolio.
About the Role
As a Business Development Executive (B2B), your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential business clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and networking.
- Client Meetings: Conducting daily meetings with prospective clients to present Cervello Tech's tailored products and solutions.
- Sales Generation: Effectively promoting and selling Cervello Tech's comprehensive product portfolio to generate new business opportunities.
Job Type & Location
This is a full-time, onsite position.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Work Type: Onsite at our Cervello Tech office in Karachi or Lahore. (Please note: Remote work is not available.)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Rs. 35,000.00 – Rs. 55,000.00 per month
- Conveyance: Must possess your own motorcycle.
- Fuel Reimbursement: For official business use, fuel will be reimbursed at Rs. 12.00 per kilometer.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales (preferred). Recent graduates and candidates with less than 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Solid understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong self-motivation and a results-oriented approach with a robust work ethic.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
