Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote | Full-Time
We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to help us grow our client base. If you enjoy starting conversations, identifying business challenges, and offering smart digital solutions — this role is for you. As an SDR at Devsecta, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and a key player in driving our company’s growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calls and follow-up outreach
- Understand client needs and introduce Devsecta’s website and marketing services as solutions
- Qualify leads based on interest, fit, and readiness to move forward
- Book discovery meetings for the senior sales team
- Keep records of outreach, calls, and follow-ups using our CRM
- Work with the marketing team to improve scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in cold calling or outbound sales, preferably in the software or tech space
- Strong communication skills — both spoken and written
- Comfortable handling objections and turning them into opportunities
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and tasks
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Positive, proactive, and goal-driven attitude
