About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive – Outbound Calls to join our dynamic team in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. This role focuses on outbound sales, where you'll use your skills to connect with B2B clients, generate leads, and close deals, contributing directly to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and present Auktel’s products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads for B2B sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to enhance strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Intermediate or higher qualification.
- Experience: 1–2 years in outbound calling, B2B sales, or a related role.
- Age Limit: 18–45 years.
- Proven expertise in cold calling and lead generation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong work ethic.
