Role Summary:
As a Membership Consultant at TriFit, your main goal is to drive membership sales by engaging with potential clients through calls and face-to-face meetings. You will be responsible for presenting membership options, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping the club achieve its monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Conversion:
- Make outbound calls daily to potential leads and prospects.
- Book and conduct in-person consultations and club tours.
- Present TriFit’s membership options clearly and professionally.
- Convert leads into active members by understanding their fitness needs and matching them with suitable packages.
Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly membership sales goals.
- Track personal sales performance and report to the Club Manager regularly.
- Follow up consistently with all prospects to close sales.
Customer Engagement and Service:
- Provide an outstanding first impression to every visitor—ensure no one leaves without a full understanding of what TriFit offers.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both members and non-members.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with new and existing members to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Corporate Outreach:
- Identify and reach out to companies to sell group or corporate membership packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive bulk sales.
Club Support and Team Collaboration:
- Perform other duties as requested by the Club Manager.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet sales goals and club needs.

- Experience in sales or fitness industry is a plus.
