Job Responsibilities – Sales Executive (Design Sales via SMM Leads)
- Handle inbound leads generated through Social Media Marketing (SMM) platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their design needs for logos, websites, and branding.
- Present and pitch tailored design solutions based on client requirements and preferences.
- Convert qualified leads into sales by effectively communicating value propositions and service benefits.
- Upsell relevant services such as premium design packages, additional website features, branding kits, and ongoing support.
- Maintain timely and professional follow-ups with prospects to close deals and maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate delivery of services sold.
- Record and manage all lead interactions, client details, and sales progress using internal tracking systems or CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs based on the provided lead flow.
- Give feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer trends to help optimize SMM campaigns.
