Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personal sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build & maintain dealer’s network, relationships with clients, industry partners & stakeholders
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Manage your own schedule, leads, and sales pipeline
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales & management
- Proven track record of sales success
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline
- In-depth knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
