Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of sweets and confectionery products. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG or food industry sales, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell sweets and confectionery products to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and supermarkets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail outlets.
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to the product/marketing team.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and in-store sampling events.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of sales experience in FMCG, especially sweets/confectionery or food products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with the local market and distribution channels.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with confectionery brands or local sweet brands.
- Knowledge of seasonal or festive sales patterns (Diwali, Eid, Christmas).
- Existing network of clients in retail and wholesale segments.
Compensation:
- Base Salary + Allowance as per company policy.
