We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for our brand with its presence in UAE, Canada and Uganda. The candidate should be target and career-oriented to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company through proactive sales activities and effective sales strategies.
2. Identify Prospects: Identify and prioritize potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation techniques to expand the customer base.
3. Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings and addressing any objections.
5. Negotiation and Closing:Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable to both parties, and close deals in a timely manner.
6. Pipeline Management:Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales revenue and providing regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
7. Professional Development: Actively participate in ongoing training programs, workshops, and industry events to enhance sales skills, stay updated on industry best practices, and pursue continuous personal and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Candidate should have Dubai working experience in similar field.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM & ERP software
- Willingness to travel outdoor to close sales as required.
