OWILC is a leading name in immigration consultancy with 50 years of proven success and 10 operational branches across Pakistan. As we launch our new Study Abroad Division, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our business development and sales operations.
The Sales Manager (Study Overseas) will be responsible for driving student recruitment, managing sales teams, building strong relationships with university partners, and achieving sales targets for the division. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve student recruitment and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team across all OWILC branches.
- Identify and build relationships with potential students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with international universities and educational institutions.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops in schools, colleges, and universities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads through digital campaigns, events, and referral programs.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, prepare regular reports for management.
- Provide training, coaching, and motivation to sales staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Maintain updated knowledge of study abroad programs, visa processes, and market trends.
- Represent OWILC in national and international education fairs, conferences, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in study abroad or education consulting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of international education systems, universities, and visa processes.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills:
- Established network within the education sector.
- Knowledge of target markets such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Italy, France.
- Certification in counselling or sales will be a plus.
