Location: Karachi (DHA, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Nazimabad)
Type: Full-time / Part-time
Experience: 5+ years in sales training (experience in high-touch or service-based industries preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-impact sales training programs focused on emotional intelligence, consultative selling, and value-driven conversations.
- Coach and mentor sales consultants to improve performance, confidence, and client relationship skills.
- Analyze individual and team performance; provide actionable feedback and improvement plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to align training with business goals and matchmaking values.
- Stay updated on trends in matchmaking, sales psychology, and customer behavior.
You’ll Excel If You Have:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a sales coaching role.
- Background in luxury services, relationship management, or matchmaking is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A people-first approach with an understanding of selling sensitive, high-involvement services.
- The ability to inspire and create a results-driven, empathetic sales culture.
