Olympia Unit-II is hiring a disciplined and experienced Security Officer to lead on-site security operations. Ideal for retired Army personnel (preferably from Intelligence Corps or Artillery), this role requires strong leadership, risk assessment, and crisis management skills.
Key Duties:
- Lead and supervise the on-ground security team
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols
- Liaise with law enforcement during incidents
- Train and manage security staff
Requirements:
- Retired Army personnel with at least 15 years of service
- Strong background in security systems and team leadership
- Excellent communication and crisis-handling abilities
- Experience with surveillance systems is a plus
