Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train and manage daily activities of security guards.
- Monitor CCTV, patrol premises, and respond promptly to incidents.
- Ensure proper access control and entry/exit protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify risks and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and other external agencies when necessary.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with prior service in the armed forces.
Education: At leastGraduate
Competencies:
- Ability to use MS Office proficiently.
- Knowledge of modern security systems (CCTV, access control).
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Physically fit and able to handle high-pressure situation
