The Location: This position is available in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Work Shift: This is a night shift position. However, based on changing business requirements, you may be required to work in the morning & evening shift.
The Team:
Do you love working with clients? If so, join our team responsible for providing client support on the Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro desktop products. This team engages in investigative conversations with clients to drive product usage and satisfaction. With a presence across the globe and over 7 years of operation in Islamabad, the team is growing exponentially.
The Capital Markets Islamabad team offers client support for our CAP IQ and CAP IQ PRO tools, focusing on investigative conversations and driving product usage and revenue. This global team has members in the US, Philippines, India, UK, and Pakistan, providing a truly international experience. Team members gain in-depth industry knowledge, conduct research, and develop technical skills, while collaborating with various departments within the organization, including Sales, Technology, Content, and Industry Research.
The Impact: As part of this team, you will be the face of the organization for our clients, acting as the nerve center. Your daily responsibilities will include answering client queries, advocating for them, and showcasing your extensive knowledge of our tools, data, and the industries we cover. You will assist top financial institutions in solving complex issues and understanding our products better.

Responsibilities:
- As a senior member of our team, you are expected to make an impact right from the beginning.
- · Learn the ins and outs of the Capital IQ platform, Excel and CIQ Excel Plug-in functionality, data and research.
- · Provide exceptional customer service to clients, distributors and internal SPGMI staff via phone, email, and web chats.
- · Assist with training and mentoring new hires as a senior associate by demonstrating expertise in best practices and product knowledge
- · Help to improve our Knowledge Base for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- · Display the attitude, values and practices that support the process of continuous
- Learning and development for you and your team members. Professional development includes team building, time management and skills required to progress your and the Consultants career

What we’re looking for:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related field or strong knowledge of the global economy
· 1+ year experience in an external client facing role and hands-on experience of the workflow on Capital IQ Platform.
· Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve client concerns and promote Capital IQ product usage
· An interest in continuously expanding your knowledge and challenging yourself
· An ability to resolve problems, manage time, and stay organized in a fast-faced, demanding environment
· A flexible, team player who can lead by example
